The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the main street and square, offering easy access to various outdoor activities such as biking and trekking. the staff provided excellent guidance and were extremely accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. the food was outstanding, with a rich breakfast and amazing gala dinner on New Year's Eve. the hotel had a beautiful spa/wellness center for relaxation.
The hotel lacked a variety of English-speaking guests, which may not appeal to those seeking a more international atmosphere.

Had an awesome city break! You won't be disappointed if you book this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and very clean. the breakfast was good and everything was fresh. the staff were super nice and accommodating. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the city.
it would have been nice to have more amenities in the room, like a minibar or coffee/tea maker.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the noise from nearby construction, which was loud and constant throughout the day. The cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with dusty surfaces and stained linens.
